Schluter DITRA-HEAT combines the installation of a custom installed floor warming system with the uncoupling, 

waterproofing, and vapor management benefits of DITRA membrane.  

 

The system only takes up 1/4" thickness and is installed directly to the existing subfloor.

DITRA-HEAT due to its flexibility of loose heating cables and installation of a mat system, DITRA heat is a superior alternative to other products as it allows for a custom on site installation without the time and cost of an offsite fabrication.

 

Cables can be placed wherever heat is desired, without creating height differences in the floor. Self-leveling compounds are not required to encapsulate the cables, significantly reducing installation labor and cost.
